 İklim ve hava olayları birbiri ile ilgili olaylardır. Sıcaklık değişimi, Dünya`nın dönüş hareketleri, levha hareketleri gibi etkilerin, atmosferde ki kısa sürede oluşan etkileri hava olaylarını, uzun sürede oluşan etkileri iklim çeşitlerini oluşturur.
